DREAM BUDGET was presented by P Chidambaram in 1997 The Prime Minister at that time was Deve Gowda.This was called Dream Budget because there was a major cut in Income tax and Corporate Tax.
BLACK BUDGET was presented by Yashwant Chavan in 1973.The PM was INDIRA GANDHI.
It was called Black Budget because it has the provision of nationalisation of COAL which has led to shortage of Coal and India has to be dependent on import of Coal.
ROLLBACK BUDGET was presented by Yashwant Sinha in 2002.The Prime Minister at that time was Atal Bihari Vajpayee.It was called RollBack Budget because this budget has lot of populist schemes which has to be taken back by same finance minister as it was having a major negative setback on economy
